Central Family & Young Peoples' Action Group Not for profit organisation working alongside Central Family Hub supporting families and young people on low income and in poverty to improve life experience. We bid for funding and run fund raising events This includes a youth club Thursdays 4-6pm for 8 - 19 year olds, we also take these young people on trips as many of them have never been outside Doncaster -
darts - Quirky Choir Quirky Choir prides itself on being a very different kind of choir. It has a distinct identity and pushes the boundaries of what a choir should be. Nobody needs to audition to join, and every week Doncaster residents of all ages and walks of life come together to make some joyful noise! The choir sings an eclectic repertoire – songs from South Africa to Hawaii, from rock and roll to Rhianna. They also compose their own songs and collaborate with professional songwriters, composers and poets to create pieces that are distinctly Quirky. -
darts - Singing for Memory Singing for Memory is our friendly singing group for adults living with dementia and their family, friends and carers. The group sing a wide range of songs and even write their own songs. -
darts - Swaglets Perfect for any budding superstars! This energetic group performs chart hits with choreography and harmony. No experience necessary. For young people aged 11-14. Swaglets runs every Tuesday during term time, 4.45-5.45pm. Sessions are free to attend, but places are limited so booking is essential. -
Dial Doncaster We aim to provide an easily accessible Information and Advisory Service for people who live in the Doncaster area. By providing this service we aim to raise awareness of disability issues in order to influence change. We aim to empower and enable disabled people to live a more independent and enriched life. -
Doncaster And District Association For The Visually Impaired The Association aims to provide help and advise blind and visual Impaired people their families and friends where needed! We also run a self help drop-in-centre on Mondays where blind and Visually Impaired people can meet up for a chat over tea or coffee and biscuits. We go 3 times a year for a meal at a local restaurant. Once a year we have a day trip to the coast. Monday Centre opens 10.00-14.00. -

Doncaster Housing for Young People We support young people aged 16-25 who are at risk of homelessness, helping them overcome disadvantage so they can have a brighter future. -
Doncaster MENCAP Here at Doncaster Mencap we are always trying to support and encourage local people with learning disabilities to make the most of their lives and at the same time support their families and carers too. We are run entirely by volunteers many of whom are carers and we are proud of that. We usually have two Gateway clubs on Tuesday and Wednesday nights but at the moment because of Covid-19 the clubs are closed.
