Multiple studies suggest that making music in a group can lower stress levels, boost confidence and self-esteem, and create a sense of community and shared identity. Our professional artists and musicians are there to support you and be guided by what you want to do – whether that’s crafting poetry or writing a rock song, Creative Directions Sounds is for anyone and everyone.
