What to expect... 

Peer-lead groups where you can meet other carers and come together as a community. We encourage a relaxed atmosphere for carers to enjoy some time away from their busy lives.

We welcome the person who is living with dementia to attend with their carer if this is a barrier to the carer attending the groups.

We provide activities for everyone to enjoy and keep the conversation flowing such as puzzles, a variety of workshops, quizzes, arts and crafts as well as guest speakers, on site therapy massage.

Our Carers Groups are free of charge
