The AIMS of the group:

• to improve the area known as ASKERN LAKE for the benefit of the inhabitants of the area and the surrounding district;
• to encourage the goodwill and involvement of the wider community;
• to foster community spirit and encourage civic pride, with a focus on local heritage.
