NHS Doncaster Talking Therapies
Do you frequently have low mood, feel sad or feel tearful? No motivation or interests? Not getting any enjoyment out of life? Feel irritable, anxious, worried often? Low self-esteem? NHS Talking Therapies can help.
We provide free, confidential, evidence-based talking therapies for anyone over 18 who is struggling with a common mental health problem such as stress, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), phobia and panic.
We offer cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and counselling. We also have a dedicated, specialist Long-Term Conditions Talking Therapies service. The team offers support for adults diagnosed with long-term health conditions and who are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety and/or stress.
Sessions can be face-to-face, over the phone, over video call or in a group setting - whichever works best for you.
