Open Monday Wednesday and Thursday

5pm to 615pm kids 9yrs old to 15yrs old

630pm to 8pm 16yrs up to 40yr old

Saturday 12noon to 1pm

All coaches DBS checked first aid and safe guarding children trained.

You can come to keep fit or if you are wanting to box in competitions we are out at boxing events regularly.
