WorkWell - Work and Health Programme - SYHA

WorkWell is a new Work and Health Programme designed to help individuals find, maintain, and thrive in employment. Visit our website for more information and to fill out a referral form.
 
We provide free, early-intervention work and health support for those aged 16+, living in South Yorkshire who are either in work (struggling or off sick) or recently unemployed (up to 3 months) to support to overcome health-related barriers to employment.
 
WorkWell supports both individuals and employers. Employers may wish to signpost employee's, to discuss their work and health needs, supporting them to stay in or return to work after a period of absence. Participants will have access to a holistic health and work assessment and personalised goal setting and action planning, dedicated Employment Specialists and/or Health at Work Coaches (Allied Health Professionals), signposting and/or referrals into local services, access to financial advice, and access to a participant fund to support to overcome work-related barriers.
 
SYHA also still provide a specialised IPS model employment service, supporting individuals who are accessing Community Mental Health in South Yorkshire.
